Those are great pictures wallysue, That looks very similar to my set-up. what size material is that - 4"? steel?
how tall is it?

are those store bought 90's or all custom bent .. nice pic's I'm sure its got alot of people thinking of installing ROP's on their yanny's now

The ROPS is 79" from the ground to the top. Would have made it a little higher but it needed to fit in the garage under the door opener. Thought about putting a hinge in it but I think its high enough, it clears one's head by a fair amount. The pipe is 3 inch schedule 40 (3 1/2" on the O.D. wall .216") and the elbows are premade for butt welding on pipe. Was fortunate to find all this in the scrap bin and just cut off the pipes and elbows where they needed to be and welded them back together. The pipe is used and kind of rusty on the inside but it's plenty strong for this use. I kind of messed up on the angle brackets on the differential. They were too low and the lower 3 point arms hit in the raised position so I ground on them until everthing cleared. Thinking about putting on a canopy for some shade.
