Requesting a sticky in a sub-forum

Over in the Mitsubish-Satoh forum, one of the most valuable resource documents for the brands is the thread below. It would be a great help making it STICKY over there.

Why mess up a good thing? If you eliminate newbies asking same questions over and over so that veterans parrot what they saw on u-tube,the forum will dry up and blow away.
BTW,my tractor won't start,can you tell me why?
