HeeHaw, Glad you got it ordered and the code worked for you. Even though it didn't work for me I'm not complaining. My second motor arrived last night and will go on the shelve as a spare for if/when needed.

Mine fired up the second pull and it's really quiet. Only thing with mine was the hose under the tank needed to be tightend up as it leaked. Did that and all is fine.

i just got the notice that it has been shipped: so it looks like they will send it to states other than California..

My local store had them stacked up front to clear them out, and I think they've put the replacement model on the shelves at $179. So if anybody wants one at the clearance price, they'd probably better try to get it.

I got their next to last 13 HP unit they had on clearance for $229 for another project.

HeeHaw, Did you get it mounted and fired up? I recieved my new belts and tines and will try to get them on this weekend. Now that I have it running again a complete overhaul is on the "To DO" list for this winter. At that time I'll go ahead an paint the motor red to match the tiller.

When I changed my tines I recall I did either one or two at a time and did not remove them all at once. It can be very confusing.
The tilling difference with new tines was amazing.

not sure when i will get the motor installed: have got to replace the tine and wheel seals first: not looking forward to either.

If you bought tines recently, what did they cost and where did you get them?

I need to replace mine. I bought a set when I bought the tiller, but can't find them.

Sixdogs: Thanks for the advice. I was looking at the book and could see it could get confusing quick if taking it all apart.

HeeHaw: I have to do the same but plan to do a complete overhaul this winter.

2manyrocks: I bought the parts from K&T Parts House K&T Parts House Lawn Mower Parts and Chain Saw & Trimmer Parts 80 bucks for the tines and 10 for each belt.
