I believe I have read that these teeth are supposed to crimp on. Can any of you recommend the right tool for the job? I had a couple replaced a while back by a local shop and they charged — well, more than I hope the tool costs.

A recommendation for a good video or description of the replacement process would also be much appreciated.

Thanks!

A cutting torch or cold chisel to remove
A torch to heat the ears and dimple in with a punch.
