I have a question for the moderator/s. A new member posted an introduction for himself that was very short and sweet. No outragious claims. But you have a member posting on the construstion forum that is complaining outragoiusly about a specific brand. I would expect some warning from you about that and to have let the introduction stand. Anyone one is welcome and there are several member that work for many other manufacturers that do not say so. I do not know which new member you are talking about. Most of the time the person that has a post pulled gets a P.M. explaining why. If they do not a message is usually left in the thread where the post was removed. Once in a great while, the moderators do not send a P.M., but it doesn't happen often.

Regarding the construction forum, if there is a certain post you are concerned about, please push the little red triangle with an exclamation point in it that is located in the lower left corner of every post. That will bring up a window where you can fill in your reason for notifying the moderators. This is the way the moderators find out about threads that may or may not need attention. They cannot possibly read all of the posts here at TBN and rely on the TBN membership at large to let them know of items that need attention.

Regarding the post you refer to, advertising in messages or in signatures (like you are doing) is not allowed.

I do not know which new member you are talking about. Most of the time the person that has a post pulled gets a P.M. explaining why.

And even though I usually send a PM to anyone whose post I remove, there are a few members who do not accept PMs, so I can't tell those people why I removed a post.
