Red dot by tractorbynet icon?

My tractorbynet icon in my favorites on my Edge browser has a small red dot by it. Neither my Firefox or Internet Explorer browser have that dot. Does anyone else have it or know why it exists?

I've got it in Chrome.
I suspect it either means new posts or we are targeted.

I believe that means you have new notifications (likes, quoted posts, replies to threads you’ve posted in, etc, etc)
