Morning gentlemen,

I stumbled across a rear scraper blade that has hydraulics to make the blade lay down, I.e. it doesn't appear to even be able to turn left or right simply "flatten" out (moldboard more parallel to the ground) or raise (mold board becomes perpendicular to the ground).
I believe this changes how aggressively the blade bites into what you are scraping (biting in vs leveling out) is my thinking on the right track? Why aren't there more blades that offer this option if it is useful?

Ill try to get pictures tomorrow of it.
Really confused about it's useage since it doesn't angle or tilt as far as I can tell.

Somebody had some specialized use in mind. So specialized that you have to make your own to get one??
