Rear blade recommendations

/ Rear blade recommendations #11
It dont matter what equipment you have or what size the blades, there will always be times you have to countersteer. Heck, my 7.5' blade on the front of my 1-ton diesel requires a countersteer if the snow is heavy and deep.

I still vote for the larger blade. Cause you can always take a smaller bite with a big blade but you cant take a bigger bite with a smaller blade

One thing that I learned with the BX2660 is that the 5 foot light duty blade worked fine for me in snow, but when trying to do some dirt moving/grading it was too light. So I traded it for a heavier duty blade, about 120 lbs heavier. Now with the B2620, this should be adequate but a 6 footer might even be better for dirt, gravel or snow. Oh , and you'll love that FEL when the snow is really deep and you have to pile it up somewhere or remove it from deep drifts that pile up by garage doors etc.
