Price Check R-4 Tire Pricing

I am trying to sell the set of R-4's that came off my Jd 990 when it had 40 hours on it. They are excellant with no cuts or any other problems. They are Titans 17.5L-24 8 ply rears and 10-16.5 6 ply fronts. Can you folks get me in the ballpark of fair market value as I have had comments of too high and way to low. Thanks Eric

The problem with used R4's is that there is not too much demand. 90% or so of CUT's are delivered with them, and many of the folks who get them are dissapointed in the lack of traction and/or lawn damage and end up getting R1's, or turfs. They are also tough, long lasting tires, so those who have them and are willing to accept their shortcomings, wont need any replacements for a long time. They might sell at $500 or so, buit I think you would be lucky to get more than that. I would probably start by asking $600-$700.
