I've seen a number of posts here talking about modifying implements to be compatible with a quick hitch and I'm looking for more information on that topic.
I have a Bush Hog backblade that is compatible and in the summer around here, I need to change out that blade with a splitter and an older York rake that aren't.
If I bought a quick hitch, what modifications would I need to make to the rake and splitter to make them compatible? Is it as simple as welding on or relocating new lift pins? Spacers?
I don't want to buy the quick hitch in hopes of making it work only to learn that I bought it for nothing. Where can I find a drawing that depicts the "standard" dimensions of the quick hitch features?
Thanks in advance for replies...my machine is a Kubota L4400.
