Questions about L48

RaT,

Your in the wrong business, there are dealers out there that don't sell as many tractors as you have.
Great advice - I'm always hoping my "next" tractor will be my last, but I've said that about my car, computer, camera, dog, wife, house............

Does anyone know if the L48 hoe quick attach fit the KX121 excavators? The buckets look similiar but I do not have quick attach on the L48 but do on the KX. I bought a 3' grading bucket ysterday and the thing is amazing. Huge capacity and smooths soil like butter. If it fit the L48 it would be an excellent combo to have on jobs. I will have to see the new L48 before buying either another used or a new whatever they come out with. For me, it has to stay under 10K lbs. I would be impressed if a 10K machine picks up 3.5k LBs., the ratio seems high for a wheeled tractor. Personally, "Intellepanel" means more problems over the long run with electronics and sensors the dealer can only fix. They should stay with ruggedness and stay away from sleek, ergonomic appearances. I want thick steel.

Curtisfarmer,

The L48 quick attach will not work on the KX121. But the buckets are interchangable. So you can have a q/a on each machine and move the buckets back and forth.

I have never tried to put the q/a from one onto the other but our product guide gives a diffrent number for each q/a. I imagine diffrent diameter pins.
