Problem / 6 way blade

I have a problem with the angle part of the 6 way blade all other functions work ok.
The machine had been setting for several months and upon starting it, I became aware that the angle does not function either way, it makes a noise like it wants to
work but don't. Anyone have a idea what it might be ?

Hydrulic fluid is OK?

Any visible rust-- smack the face of the blade with a 16 lbs. sledge on each side to break the corrosion seal if it is present.

Has it been greased recently? Does the engine strain or relief open when you activate the function?

Yes on both accounts./

It sounds like something has seized, been jammed into the pivot point, or the seals in the cylinder failed. You can pull the cylinder/s off and see if they function properly when not attached to the blade.

There are not any quick disconnects on those lines are there? Should not be any, but if there are, sounds like one is disconnected. :confused3:

I used the machine today and worked the hydraulics in all ways possible, about 30 minutes into this the thing started to work. I don't know if the hydraulic oil heated up
and helped or if all the shaking around did it, but it seems ok.
