Thanks guys! Don't know much about the glass pile. One of several trash piles the new owner wanted removed from the property. I'm making a hunt club worth of access etc for a 70 acre former farm. Old homestead burned and the local dump was to far away.

The truck was a goodwill box truck until March, 10x7 bed and rack came from CL. This truck is basically outfitted for the 1850.

Here's the hardened front end of the 1850. We're doing the 425d now. After getting a hose speared by a magical stray stick/sapling on each machine, I was ready for a solution. The $200 hose crimper I scored a few years ago is among the best CL finds that I can claim!

That's the main place I worry about on my 425 when brush cutting.

It was a matter of time... It's definitely vulnerable should reduce heat buildup too
