Tractor Sizing poor tractor

I have an uncle that purchased a mitsubishi tractor last year and it has faced many years of neglect. It is an MT300. 2wd. 1st and reverse gear works, 2nd and third do not. Not sure what year it is and wondering if it is worth fixing up? The motor runs great to my suprize when I grated driveway. 1st gear felt pretty fast, same with reverse. He wanted a 3pt snowblower for winter but not sure how it would work with reverse being so high. I am guessing the old girl has 30 horses going by model number. Is there a low range lever somewhere, any info much appreciated

I would have to check to see if new gaers are available. Used gears may be hard to find. I have a couple gear cutting machines and can repair your gears. I can supply manuals also. It should have a couple ranges besides the regular trans gears.
