Oliver 1650. Help.
1) Hydraulic filter housing won't turn. Tried penetrant and heat on lift cover. No luck. Please advise.
2) Throttle friction adjustment. Is there any? Can find no reference in shop manual. Power lever likes to fall forward above 1/3 throttle.
3) I have new bushing and felt washer kit for steering spindles. How difficult to remove original bushings?
