I see no reason to stifle relevant responses just because someone dropped off the radar.

Sure would be fun to run one of those forestry mulchers, but I've cleared some serious brush and brambles (albeit on a smaller scale) with my Stihl chain saws, a zero turn mower and particularly my Echo SRM-410 with an Oregon 3-Tooth Mulching Brushcutter.

I have a LOT of surface rock and the Oregon blade has taken a beating and not slowed down. I suppose I could resharpen it, but it doesn't seem to need it. I cut up to 2" trees, wild raspberry canes, and any number of scrubby woody plants easily, then mulch them up a bit. I can cut larger trees, but they aren't worth the abuse, so they wait for a chainsaw.
