Snow Equipment Owning/Operating Pictures of your snow weapons

Yes - I will include a picture of my snow weapon. BUT - this winter has all the makings of the last three or four winters. We get snow and then it immediately starts raining. I DO NOT plow slop. I do appreciate the moisture but wish the "old" winters would return. It's an 8 foot Rhino rear blade. View attachment 681982

Ok, not really a snow weapon in the removal sense but it it doesn't snow anymore this season, you can blame me.

Just got it today and I'm pretty excited :cool2: It will be nice to access our land in the winter, not to mention it can be registered as a snowmobile for use on the thousands of miles of trails here in Maine.

You must have been a REALLY good boy last year, in order for Santa to bring you a sweet gift like that. I'm envious.

Nice looking rig, hope it goes as good as it looks.
I didn't see a winch on her, hope you don't get stuck in deep snow.
Have fun enjoy.

A winch is on top of my list. These things have grown to the size of the original jeep. Ideally I'd mount one so that it can slide into a 2" receiver, there's one on each end of the gator.

Only until they start sinking in deep snow:thumbdown::hissyfit:

They being kubota, polaris, mahindra, john deere etc., do not understand that
the tracks need to be wider than normal because of the engine weight and
passenger weight.

My fire department has a tracked Side by Side. It has already gone in deep fluffy snow that sank snowmobiles. They steer tough on hard ground at slow speeds but it'll get you there. Keep up with the track tension and you'll be fine

Arly I can only imagine how your rig almost floats on snow with the lighter weight vehicle and the massive footprint of (especially) the rear tracks. I'm only a few days into the "track" experience and although we currently don't have enough snow to really test them, but from what I've seen just today giving a forester a tour that included traversing a bog to access an area that rises out of it.... wow!
I will say I'm appreciating the cab, wipers and heat/defroster after traveling through some tight trails with the evergreens that hold the snow.

Rusty, I've operated UTV's with cabs and ATV's all with pods, not to mention Bully's. Feel free to start a thread about whatever machine you got.

Way cool. The ultimate off road buggy. The cab really makes it. You can use it more days than open station and enjoy your investment more

Good Morning OT Ducati,

Are you happy with your cub cadet??
How old is your woofie pie??
My mothers German Shepard was a silver/sable color that traced his AKC lineage to Rin Tin Tin.
She treated him like a fourth son in the family, she cried for days after we lost him to a heart attack in 1983.
