Stillhunter....did you buy the standard ones (102) and if so, did they fit the lift arms ok?? I also have a NH tc33d and I am worried that the distance to where the arm bends is too short. TIA

Sorry for the delay. At the time a couple years ago I think I bought the standard one. Not sure if there was a choice at the time. Mine fit fine

Interested in Pats QH, but not sure which to get. Can anyone tell me if Cat 1 or Cat 2 would fit better on a Kubota MX5100? Or what are the key dimensions for fit?

They are Cat 2, but can be used with Cat 1 using bushings.

The same in our case and that is why I ordered the Cat 2 to Cat 2 to have Pat's heavier hitch. I bush up to Cat 2 on some equipment.

Did Pat ever answer the questions about the binding that is created when the ball at the end of the lift arms can't allow rotation because the 4 bolts are tightened down? The problem was created when sideways movement of the implement required rotation on the balls at the end of the arms. I understand you can tighten the sway bars/ chains but that creates other problems. I saw the question asked a few times but never saw an answer. I think those asking the question were going leave the 4 bolts out or loose. Is that a problem?

What implement are you using that needs to swing side to side enough to cause this problem?

I ended up not tightening down the two side bolts and left the U bolt loose so the Pat's setup can still swivel on the ball on the end of the arm. So far no issues. Prior I was seeing a little binding when using my boom flail mower (like they use for side of the road maintenance) and the boom sees resistance. That was resulting in the 3 point pivoting away from the boom side and binding. I am not seeing why doing it this way would be a problem.

Well, after FOURTEEN YEARS - I have removed Pat's quick change from my 4100....

Had to.

I am putting them on my new 3032e !!

It's a shame that many implements aren't built as strong - Well Done Pat !

I need a set of 221's for my New Holland tn75s to convert from cat 2 to cat 1 since all the implements I need to change out are cat 1. I don't see 221's listed. Do I need to order direct from Pat?? Would like to give the business to TBN. Please let me know. Thanks

Received Pat's Easy Change System today. Took my RFM off the tractor and had the thing installed in about 45 minutes.. If I did it again it would take about half that. Very Simple to install, a little tricky to plumb on the 3pt arms, but I love it already. Put on the Box blade in about five minutes, and was out doing some road repairs for a couple hours. Took off the box blade and put on the back blade to do the final smoothing over, again in about five minutes, and darkness ended today's playtime.

From what I"ve seen so far, I would recommend this to anyone who has cause to switch implements on a regular basis. It will make winters easier for me because I would like to switch between the back blade and the 3pt blower depending on the type of snowstorm and how deep it is. I would expect that this will make it possible. I wouldn't have considered switching back and forth without it.

In summer, the RFM is on about 90% of the time, but I do sometimes use the back blade or box blade or post hole digger, so it will come in very handy.

Sorry, I didn't see that TBN sells them. Got mine from Nothern via Amazon.

We do have the 221s in our store. You select the option for category 2 -> category 1 from the drop-down box for options when viewing the product page. It's $13 more. Pat's Easy Change System - TractorByNet.com Store

I bought a cat 2 system last year, and just got around to installing it last week. Installation took me at least 30 minutes... Now that I know how it installs, it would take 5-10 minutes if I were to do it again. Let me say that this is the single best purchase I have made for a tractor. I recently bought a 10' lift type rotary cutter that is a MONSTER. There is almost no way that I could easily hook it up by myself in a reasonable amount of time. The Pat's Easy Change System changed that. As soon as I had it installed on my tractor I backed up to the rotary cutter, dropped the lift arms, backed into position, and raised the arms attaching the cutter to the tractor! All done from the seat of the tractor! I hopped down and attached the top link and pto shaft, and was on my way in about 2-3 minutes WITH NO STRAINING OR HEAVY LIFTING! Easy to install, easy to use, built to last. If I ever buy a second tractor it will definitely be wearing a Pat's Easy Change System!

I have been using a 2x4 to line stuff up but I think this will be nice, so I ordered it today. Now I wish there was an easy way to hook up the shaft to the PTO.
