Or to tighten it up it's just a turnbuckle!

Gunnyb, Here is info from the s/m, it takes a little patience but it works, the tractor has brake disc and they will wear out along with a couple of small parts that make them work, if after adjusting the brakes still feel weak, then you might need to install the new discs, you will need a manual for this
