YM336D Parking Brake Lever

I've owned my 336D for about 4 months now, most of that time was spent fixing various issues. The tractor didn't have a parking brake lever on it, I found a used one online, thinking that I was just getting the lever, and that I'd have to brain out how it mounted, as the parts diagram is anything but clear. The lever showed up with the bolt and spring, which is a nice little win for me. My question is- does anyone have a picture or clear diagram of the mounted lever? The only way that I can see to mount the torsion spring loads the lever so it defaults to getting pushed up into the pedal, meaning the parking brake will lock every time the pedal is depressed. I can be extremely obtuse, and I know the solution is probably ridiculously simple, but I just can't see it. Thanks.

The L&R brake Turnbuckles are the same as the 276,336 and the YM2000 this is a Brake dia. for the models. The Brake release Spring RS-8311 is the same one used also. Pic on a YM2000. Push on the brake pedal and latch it Or unlatch. Latch the back for both pedals.
