Howdy all just got my first tractor well sort of its an old snowblower, I think an arien??? not sure going to take a good look at it today. Was plugging around on net for info. Got it from my soon to be father in-law, figured it was some kind of piece of junk hanging around his garage, well I fired it up first storm, foot and half wow this thing threw some snow, chug along pretty good, little slippery. Well this morning I fired it up second pull 5 degrees out. Ran fine little chugging, well engaged blades and little bit of chugging and engine stalled fired up again same thing then white smoke came from under engine, motor is fine, plenty oil. but not engaging blades. Shut it down and came in to find out how much of a project I got myself into. Found some great info here. In the process of gathering some info on machine. Will be back soon.
