3520 cab(not here yet :( )
So I received my 3520 over the weekend and went out mowing the pastures, which was great fun :D - except as the pollen, dust and other goodies wafted up into my nose my allergy quickly wiped me out and I suffered the rest of the day. Sooo I've decided to go ahead and invest in the cab- wasn't the plan but I think I will be much happier, even though I will have to wait again :( From all the posts on here it seems everyone who goes for the cab seems pretty happy with it-
The Frontier 1072R mower did a good job, I just kept an eye out for any large branches that might have been hidden in the grass. I also picked up an auger and box blade but haven't tested them out yet.
Only thing I'm debating on is whether to go ahead with the top and tilt for the box scraper when doing gravel road maintenance, or if I should stop spending money and do it later :D
I'll post some pics when I get my other new tractor -

When I started out shopping my Uncles, Dad, Friends, etc...all told me "DONT BUY A TRACTOR WITHOUT A CAB"...as all of them have cabbed machines of various colors....2 months after getting my 3520 Cab here, theres not a minute I dont love it...

You don't have to get the top and tilt now, but I would get the 3rd scv and the diverter option now. JC

I can't say I know of anyone that has had a cab, then went back to an open station tractor. I at least know, I'll never not have a cab tractor again, ever! It is by far the sweetest thing about my tractor.... I love it in the winter, and the summer....

LOL....luckily I have a job with internet access.... Lord knows when I get home SWMBO keeps me going with her projects....not that I complain as 95% of them involve the tractor...

what tractor is that

It will be the same model, the 3520, just adding on the cab. Seems to be good on power to run a 6' mower and the width is good for working in the blueberries.

I think on the radio I may just buy the speakers and mount kit since the Delco is a little spendy-

I vote to get the Top n Tilt NOW rather than later. While it is certainly something that can be retrofitted, the difference in cost will be substantial, no matter what the salesman tells you now. You will kick yourself later if you decide you need it.

Thats exactly what I did....they wanted like 235.00 for the Delco, I got a nice new Kenwood AM/FM/CD/MP3/iPod capable unit on clearance at Best buy for 99.00....get the radio side harness (believe its actually from a VW) while your there. Theres a post here somewhere where I posted the PN# and someone else actually posted pics...
On mine, they were installing the Mount Kit regardless and said they would gladly install any new radio for me while they had the roof off and everything....
