NH Recommendation

After shopping Chappel, MB, and Hawkensen Equipment for my new BX24 I purchased from Hawkensen Equipment. I read alot of negative things about MB on this board and after going in there twice I agreed with most of the comments. Chappel was ok but the most expensive at 16,900. I bought from Hawkensen at 15,900 with no haggling at all. My salesmans name is Denis Beaulieu and spent several hours with me on two occasions covering everything from the tractor, to service, etc. Very Impressed so far. I had originally contacted the company on the website Hawkensen Equipment Co., Inc. - John Deere Lawn Equipment and was answered almost immediately by the owner who's name escapes me now. Anyway I feel confident recommending them.

The owner's name is Steve Huss -- he was the first person I talked to as well. Great people and service. I just picked up a new trailer from them this weekend. I wish more places and people were like them (no BS and the type of folks you enjoy being around).
