It would be nice if there would be a hole as this law describes pointing at the UTV's, that is what the problem is according to the police. They don't fit in any catagory in there books. So write tickets.
This just happened within the last two weeks and I haven't heard of the outcome.
There is more to the wheelers and this area. The local town has allowed the atv's to use roads and property that the state says shouldn't have them on so it might turn in to a big war of governments from the town to the county to the state.
