Take it as a given that there is no absolute theft prevention.
About all you can do is to make it not worth the trouble.
I've seen (and seen discussed in other forums) everthing from simple coupler locks to putting it up on blocks and locking the wheels in the garage - also the 100 lb dog., but a 1/2 lb steak can overcome that one.
My favorite is to lock the tongue jack in the jacked up position, and/or remove the handle from it and hide that somewhere secure.
This also works for gooseneck and 5th wheel trailers, just find a way to lock the landing gear down and prevent it from being raised. It isn't perfect, nothing is, but it is cheap, simple and probably unusual enough to foil most would be theives.
Tongue jacks can usually be relocated from inside the A to somewhere on the side, but it would involve drilling or welding, something you might not want to do on the frame.
I'd look for a clamp around type of tongue jack, not sure if you can get them in the sort of capacity you would need.
