Many of the smaller Kubotas are delivered to the dealers in crates. Are they shipped with fluids? Or is it the dealers responsibility to fill them with the appropriate oils? If it's the dealers responsibility, then it is probably a good idea for the new owner to find out what was put in. I am pretty sure that my local dealer uses regular UDT not the super. I am not sure what motor oil he uses. Obviously, if a loader or BH is being added to the tractor, hydro oil will need to be added.
I'm going to call my dealer and find out what he's using.

I don't think they come with fluids. When my tractor was delivered, the dealer provided me with an extra 2 quarts of John Deere Hy-Gard. Said that's what he put in for hydraulic fluid. I know it's not what was recommended by Kubota, but the tractor is under warranty.

I just took delivery of a bx2200 (YEE-HAW) and I asked the dealer what he used he said that since super was approved for the front axle he just used it as standard. He also mentioned something about additional break-in fluids were added. I can't remember if he did it or if the factory did it. I got the impression it was added at the factory.
