New to Remotes

I am new to all of this. Just got my first tractor a Kubota L3400. I see a lot of references to rear remotes. What function do they perform?
L3400, loader, Back hoe, Tiller, and Brush hog.

They provide a hydraulic circuit at the rear of the tractor to operate things like a hydraulic top link, angle on a rear blade, ect. It could also be used to power a logsplitter...

I plumbed my rear remotes to supply power to the grapple on my FEL

I use them to turn my snow blower shoot. Hope to get a chipper in the spring with a hydraulic feed and a trailer with hydraulic dump.
