Well, didn't accomplish much on it this week. I did fiddle with deck a little bit. I readjusted the wheels all the way up like it was when I bought it, then I tinkered adjusting the height. I got the blue wrench out and straightened the right front caster arm. It was tweaked ever so slightly inward. Took the wheel out. Heated it up, used a long axle that I had around that fit perfectly into top of caster arm. Looks alot better, but ended up breaking the top bushing by the prying. I'll be calling dealer or getting off ebay if dealer can't get them(M83541)...

2 pack of caster bushings at dealer was $9.84 + tax, and they even had them in stock!

Good deal, probably means they sell a lot of them.

Got the snowblower mounted up. I had to modify the bolt hole on the PTO extension I bought off eBay- it was off a smidge so I had to enlarge the hole on 1 side. After I had it mounted, I saw that the extension shaft was all the way into blower universal and touching the inner edge of it😡. So off it came so I could push the rest of extension onto the tractor shaft fully. Got it mounted again and it works! I also pulled the black seat edge fully off, as seat is getting replaced. I cut a piece off and put it on edge of hood, the part that rubs on top of dash. It works perfectly for that purpose, now the hood isn’t grinding into the black plastic dash…

Yeah, that's a problem on the 430s. I've used a couple different things until I used a piece of door seal for Peterbilt cab door. Works great.

Lookee what I discovered👍-Kubota BX series rims are a perfect fit on the 430, and stick out 4” either way you mount rim. The JD wide rims it’s either 2-1/2 or 6”, so the Kubota rims are a happy medium 👍these are Kubota BX2380 rims, so I’m guessing any of the 12” BX rims from the 23xx or 26xx models will fit….

I found this tag from factory underneath pan next to frame, it’s a cardstock paper tag, looks like it held up pretty good where it was…

You're going to give that 430 an identity crisis unless you paint those wheels yellow.
