Great idea! I could use that along my gnarly fence row.

I have 1200 feet of pond levees that have weeds along the edge. Brush hog can't get them, too darn much to use a weed eater on. I need to figure out a nice solution like you did. Maybe clamp a 2 stroke powered hedge trimmer to my FEL and let 'er rip!

Thats great!!! I was thinking of mounting an old push mower deck with a horizontal engine on my loader to trim the trees along our driveway just today.
