That all depends on what the definition of miscounted is. To some it means it did not turn out the way they wanted so things need recounting (ad nauseum) until it does, those are the folks we cal SoreLosermans, much the same as Ohio and now Mexico, then there are those that want to see the system changed, I'm all for that provided its done before the vote.

Ok... good plan... like maybe folks can be trained to empty the chad bin so they can actually quickly and accurately count the votes that are attempted to be cast! Something about everybody's vote counts and should be counted. Now there's a novel idea!
