He told u wrong . U should of got a a cutter and post digger and what every else at 0% .

I bought two new kubotas a year apart both on the 0-0 deal both from different dealers even states . And got implements on both deals for 0% .

I agree the loan thing was a load of bull.

I financed a tractor & loader w/3rd function, a grapple, a box blade and a new bale spear all at 0% through Kubota.

Sweet looking tractor, I know you will love it. I went with the L4600 myself, but I wish I had at least looked a closer at the MX5100 before buying, maybe I would have made a different choice. My opinion is, pallet forks are a must have. Enjoy!

Craigslist for used implements, lots of Mowers and PHD's available and they all work just as good as new high priced ones.
I Bought 6' International mfg mower w/slip clutch $600,Cat SSQA pallet forks $400
traded a Ford 501 sickle mower for a 3 pt PHD sold the same guy a old international hay crimper for $300. So i came out ahead and got rid of equipment I was no longer using

I think only the Landpride brand implements qualify for 0% financing through Kubota - 'least that's my understanding. Does you dealer not sell LP implements? Thought all Kubota dealers did. Either way, congrat's on a beautiful tractor.

You might want some grab hooks welded on the bucket in line with the loader arms. Nice looking machine. I am sure you will enjoy it.

I will probably weld some hooks on to my bucket at some point. Looking at it, I don't think it needs reinforced much because the plate that holds the SSQA plate in place at the top of the bucket looks like a pretty solid brace for the bucket already.

Did you get the HD bucket? I did and needed no reinforcement.

No I did not. I figured I'd buy a skid loader bucket with teeth if I start doing heavy work where I'd need it.

It looks like I could put the three center hooks you have on my bucket with no reinforcement needed since our buckets have the same reinforcement plate that holds the SSQA plate in place. If I go for outside hooks on the bucket, I'll need to reinforce there.

For the money I spent on that thing, I took the hooks up and let my dealer do it, but either of my sons could have done it quite well too. My brother is also a good welder. I had to give it up some time ago and the last time I tried to run a bead, it was pretty grim.:laughing:

First off, good choice on the MX5100 HST I bought mine last year and love it.
My package deal was with a front end loader, brush hog and box blade. I keep something on the back all the time as a counter weight.
I then found everythingattachments.com and purchased a grapple, rake, forks, post hole digger, and subsoiler.
I use the grapple most of the time cleaning up my property and the bucket for moving dirt, gravel ect.

Congrats on the new tractor, it looks like it should last... be careful with it, even though you have experience, new things always take a little time to get used too... Ohh, and enjoy it!
