New Holland L445

I am looking at a New Holland L445 skidsteer with a Deutz engine. It has 4300+ hours, looks rough, but apparently well maintained. (The owner is a tractor mechanic). He's asking $3500. Anyone familiar with this model? Any recommendations?

Not really familiar with the L445, but I do know for a fact that motor mounts were an issue with that 2-cyl. Deutz. (That's why they switched to Kubota power in the L455.) Be sure to check those and to ask the seller about them.
