You must be quite the negotiator! Also quite the operator not to turn the 3 acres into a mess... I still catch some flak for my projects as some may take a year or two to "grow in"

The saying, "It's better to ask for forgiveness than permission" comes to mind! I don't go riding around in the rain, that's for sure, but I don't cut up the lawn too badly.

Oh, that's right! I remember the story now. I would've had to get a cabbed tractor too if I tried that as I'd still be sleeping in it....
