Dealer delivered a new 2550 by mistake. To their credit, they had my 2542 delivered within an hour. To my credit, I told them they delivered the wrong model. The snow thrower is still on order but no worry as long as it gets here by late November. Of course it has rained every day and the forecast is for rain through the end of this week. Here's the final breakdown: 2542 - $2850; 42" snow thrower - $1160. 24 monthly payments of $178. Can't wait to actually mow.

It is like a gift from God-- if you buy the right machine to mow it will rain all summer, and a snowblower for it, it will RAIN all winter! The good part is you get to look at your pretty unused machinery for a year. Then the bad part, the wife or other nags about what you bought the stuff for--- moral?? You CAN'T WIN!!
