Need some Tree trimming advice

Pole saws typically have very short bars. Probably too short for this application.
Though I've never looked into the practicality of putting a bigger bar and chain on a pole saw. Somehow I think it's unlikely.

My pole saw has a blade over 12" long, and up to 24' of pole for a total reach (including my height) of almost 30' if you need to push it.

Down side, it's fully manual, but you'd be amazed at what you can cut down with it, very quickly too.

Appears to be cracked so very unsafe. Hire a professional to do it. Probably be around $300?

Looking back for something else, I ran across this old thread.
As an update, it's still standing.
Survived a tornado & several high wind storms that have taken out many LARGE trees in the area.
Guess I'm going to just leave it.
Just for reference, the parent tree is 3.6' in dia. abh.
