Need NorTrac 254 Parts

Am attempting to locate clutch parts for a NorTrac 254. Tractor belongs to a friend who thought that it would be sufficient for his needs. Think he pushed it a little too hard and now have to replace clutch for him. Can anyone direct me to a website or even an old fashioned parts house that would have stuff in stock?

Affordable, Ranch hand, Circle G, Tytan, Northern tool. I'm sure there are a couple others that I can't think of off hand.

Working on these is not bad, IMO straight forward. I had the 254 and have a nortrc dozer, I was very pleased with both and am still happy with the dozer. Kind of kick myself in the butt for getting rid of the tractor.
