Well now I have another question, are the above referenced numbers within spec of what the fuel filter for yanmars should be?

Napa Gold and Wix are both $15 each, why is the purolator half that? wondering if i should just buy the Napa or Wix, What are you guys using?

I bought mine for the ym2000 at Carquest. I cant remember but it was either $4-7? I bought it about a year ago and have yet to change it, that reminds me of a winter maintence thing. I have had trouble undoing the ring though tpo get the bowl off.

Carquest filters are wix, they have the standard line and the high dollar line.

Fredricks Ym2000 FF3262 $7.10 recieved it the next day when I ordered it and Oil-Filters. Now I just use Fram Ph3593A from Wally World and they seem to work better. Oil pressure comes up quicker on Decompression Cold Starts and the Oil seems to stay cleaner. And on top of that Cheaper :)

Yeap! I removed myself until somethings were taken care of. Now that things have changed and were straightened out I was told to have at it. " Earnest T" As you know a few things have changed here in Ga. also:laughing:

The board has seemed to be dead the last few months or so, maybe just the holidays? The posts sure have seemed to slow. Or maybe its posts with a lack of interst to me?

Been around Smoody Thanks. On the Oil filters the Fram. I got the # from a Dealer here in Ga. when I seen it on another one of his Tractors similar to mine. I'm not kidding It works great. I surely would not post it or recomend it on here if wasn't any good.;)

Sorry about that Smoody.Had to look further back in this Thread. I didn't think or realise Purolator manufactured Fuel Filters. Evertime I hear Purolator I go back in the day to the Commercials. Pure Oil Later.
