Congratulations on doing it the hard way. :D

Next time raise it up and drive the truck forward, pulling the trailer out from under it.

But he needed the practice maneuvering in tight spaces so he can parallel park his tractor.

Lifting and pulling forward did occur to me, but somebody had already pulled the truck up to the house. A set of pallet forks would have allowed me to lift it straight up and out too (but then as murphy1244 said, we wouldn't have been able to hear the whole song  ).

Glad to see you post this. I will get my grapple in a couple weeks. Picking it up from dealer to save on freight then using tractor to pick it up . Driving forward wouldn't have occurred to me.

You can make all the remotes you want with these stackable electric/hydraulic valves. You use your OEM SCV for control.

you can stack 3 of these in a stack, making 4 sets of remotes including the pass thru when no valve is selected electrically all fed and controlled from one of your stock OEM remotes. So if he had room on the back he could have 12 remote sets with the 3 stock remotes as the feeds. There now.. that ought to satisfy the most remote hungry guy on the planet.

Like the Kioti second/third function sections, you can actually stack as many of those as you want - you'll just need to cut your own tie rods from grade 5 all thread. I believe there is room for at least a fourth function on the NX-series cab models without touching the cab, you would just need to figure out how to activate the cable, since there's not a hole or lever in the cab for it.

That video is well-edited (thank you!), and I rather enjoyed watching you maneuver without tearing up the side panels! My utility trailer has fixed rails and heavy hinged ramps, so it's what I have to do with something that big. I can't pull forward with the ramps down, or unload off the rear with the ramps up!

WoodChuckDad, what grapple did you decide on?

As a guy who has seen firsthand how much room we have inside the cab (open station all bets are off) for a fourth function on the back, I suggest as the simplest and less space constraining option inside the cab is adding a diverter valve and rigging a push button on-off trigger on the third valve lever to make it work. Here is an interior photo of the stock set up with the seat and righthand bulkhead removed.

Thanks be to my editing software. I made interlocking, removable sides for my little dump trailer. What cannot be seen well in a video is that the flat area I'm on is a ridge top that slops away on both sides, and so I'm long and skinny on the flatish area on top where the tractor is working. Over at the other property at the Proving Grounds, I have all the space in the world.

BTW, locals are mixed on the Seasonal Snow Outlook with some thinking that warm air mixing with cold are makes snow and others thinking there may be some merit to the seasonal weather forecast.

Normally if it is warmer, we get more snow as we spend most of the winter too cold to snow. But last year for instance, we were frequently warmer than mean but drier too.

I geeked out and found some specs on the McKee Snolander snoblower line. The McKee 720 is a perfect fit for the Kioti NX series.

It is unseasonably warm here in Northern Minnesota and I was able to take a day off from moving today and so I finished wrapping the porch up in 6 mil plastic, and drove my tractor over to the new parcel and cut in a drainage ditch before the. I never used the cruise control on my tractor until today, but it works and is nice.

Once at the new parcel, I took care of my drainage problem quickly and dropped off my box scraper. It will winter in place in the woods.

After driving back to the lake place, I started thinking about attaching to new snow blower. The photo doesn't show it, but it will never work with my quick hitch as the bottom pins on the snowblower are too wide. Bummer.
