well im still putting away on the loader it runs and rives now. i built a loader for her but i dont like it so im scrapping it and either building a new fel or putting on a 3 point hitch.

just a thought, but my Wallenstein log splitter uses automatic tranny fluid in the hydraulics. Standard pump, valve and filter, but a tank full of ATF. Wallenstein claims that the transmission fluid doesn't foam. And so far we've never had a problem with foamy oil in it.

Bobcat did you ever get you foaming oil problem sorted out. Can you comment on what kind of speed you are getting. I am close to getting my own buggy going but am interested to know more about how things are working out. I have not seen any pictures of how the hydraulic motor is connected to the rear end. Wheres that video you promised?

i did sort of the oil i cleaned all the hoses and resealed the tank stopped the oil contamination. it top speed is about 10 kph. i dont have any news at the moment as it am re building it. as it is just to dam wide i really should have done that when i started but i was only 14 and didnt know to much about that stuff know i have the experience i will narrow the axles and rebuild it.

hi guys a bit of an update i decided that the tractor was to big for my need so tractor mk 5 has begun i am making a single tube frame like a cadtrac and am narrowing the axles down the frame is made from 4x4x1/4 tubing. i have already finished the articulation joint and one i figure out how to shorten axles i will transfer all the components over with out the need to drain the tank of oil. photos coming next week
