Moving a shed

The pipe is thin wall. Originally bought to drain my foundation drain further from house, but wasn’t needed.
I do have one pT 4x4 long enough, and maybe another that will work as leanto posts. . Then all I need to procure is a 16 ft header. Can get that when I pick up a couple 6x6s for skids.

I got my sawzall working. It has a high/low speed switch. Threw it a couple times and it started working.

I won’t have time to work on shed for a couple weeks. I still have parts for an above ground pool to move from the leanto, and then some old double hung windows that lean against the back of the shed. They sit where one of the posts needs to go. Once header is in, I’ll cut the roof, put skids under and try to pull. Well, after I move some more stuff out like old lumber. Not too much of that.

I could hire a mason and have the bricks put around the garage, like some were meant to go. lol

You could use your bricks as pavers along with all the buckets of sand you mentioned. I used several pallets of old CMU placed with the webs up in sand made a pretty solid floor in sandy soil (better than a soft sand floor) for the greenhouse I moved.

I was pushing the bricks against the side of the shed the other day to get them slid all the way on the pallets. Tonight I noticed I pushed the bottom of the wall in about 3” in that area.

Or maybe I should just dig a big hole and bury the bricks. Things to think about when you wake up at 4:30 am.
I took 5 brick chimneys off an old house and hauled them to the dump and I've regretted it ever since 1985.

You must have gone to the same school of repairs that I did. Usually they break when I do it though, then I go buy a new one. :)

If it wasn't for the high price of lumber I might think about 2 x 4 braces from the bottom of the shed to the ends of the lean-to rafters and move it with the lean-to attached. You would have to make sure it is all tied together good.

No progress on the shed. I might have to put some stuff back in for the summer to make room in my barn.

Too bad , looking forward to see the shed rolling along.
Hard to gauge time for spring work with rain and all.

I know I am weeks behind where I want to be, just in clearing and cleanup.
