More MX4700 troubles?

Okay my MX4700 has 12.6 hours on it and used my Lp 84" finish mower some on Saturday and on Sunday a total of 3 hours, went to finish up mowing tonight and the 3pt would not lift up. The lever on the right was stuck and not move a over "1" setting. I tried the speed knob and the lever is just plain stuck/locked up. Has anyone had anything like this happen before? Is there a lock out like the loader for this? I have had nothing but little problems with this machine that seems to stop work while the dealer takes a week to pick it up and drop it off each time, and I just can't afford it right now with planing time here.

My loader bucket is out of level 1.5" over the 6' bucket yet and not sure if they fixed the quick attach front bucket lever yet. Is 1.5" acceptable over the bucket width?

What is the air pressure in each rear tire?

I will have to check pressures as I assume they changed them for the last service. The dealer fixed the 3pt today had to adjust the friction plates on the 3pt lever?
