They went up to the transformer, and the connection there was also loose. The pine tree next to the pole had a charred branch.

The demons in my house are no longer there.

A good outcome, for sure.

I just had a client with a similar problem. I told her to call her Power Company, and they where out there in an hour or so. They said that a squirrel had caused the damage, but I have my doubts. The power company is supposed to keep the branches clear of the lines and at her house, they branches are all over the transformer. I'm guessing that's what caused the problems, and not a squirrel.
