Hang in there ... I stopped about 15 years ago. The first week will be your worst, at least it was for me. I had nightmares about starting to smoke againt off and on for a while but now I cannot stand the smell of cig smoke nor cigars. About two months ago my wife stopped cold turkey and yes she had some problems but never smoked after the day she stopped.

Thanks for the suggestions guys. I'm using the patch. I quit back in 2002 for 2 years. Then a year ago, a guy I know who goes to cigar parties, gave me a cigar from someplace we're not supposed to get them from. Jan started smoking again just before this, and I just got stupid. It's not too bad quiting again really, since I did it before, I'll do it again. One thing I did was smoke one cigar after another till they were gone, and am remembering what I felt like afterwards. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif Hope I never forget that feeling this time. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
