Thanks ,
Todays grader progress shows the first sheet metal cut out over the center frame . Also the cover over the steering shaft. I started the first parts for the blade circle assembly too.
By next weekend it should start to take shape. :confused2: aaagradersheetmetalstarted.jpg

You can now see the front cross beam in place to support the two lift cylinders . Also The nose crossbeam that supports the scarifer lift linkages. By this evening I will have the new blade cut out and bent sitting under the frame.:thumbsup:

Todays progress pic shows I got the new blade cut out , bent and boxed in . You can also see the blade circle has been started . Today I will spend the whole day on the blade circle . aaabladecircle.jpg

Todays picture shows the whole blade assembly now hooked to the front of the frame for the first time. The a-frame is now connected to the blade for the first time too. The lift cylinders are bolted to the cross brace. I also built some rear blade support brackets. Slowly taking shape. aaaattachedtoframe.jpg

Yesterday we went to the Walloon Lake Tractor Show about 30 minutes away and I picked up some knobs for the grader project. I installed them and they look great !!
