Middlebuster\Subsoiler Build

I want to build a combination middlebuster and subsoiler. I have looked at many on this forum and found lots of good info. I have ordered the furrower from Agri Supply (see link). What I need to know and have not been able to find is the the size of the material to make the shank from. My tractor is a 60hp 2 wheel drive Ford. Does anybody know what size material the ones sold by Tractor Supply are made from? The nearest TS is a good ways from me. I may have to make a road-trip.

I think the TSC model uses 3/4" x 4", but I'm not completely sure. I built my own too and used 1" x 5" as mine extended deeper than the TSC model. I've attached a couple of pictures of mine as it neared the end of construction. Note I included an option for depth adjustment beyond what the 3-pt would give. Also made it convertable for going either forward or reverse. In the pics, it's turned to the reverse position.

Sub soiled is1 1/2 solid, plow is hollow .two 1/2 inch bolts sandwich them between the angle iron,this frame style also gives you extra height for limited car 1 tractors
