MF135 iPTO/ clutch removal

I have a MF135 that I'm into a hydraulic pump/ PTO clutch repair on. I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the hydraulic pump/ PTO clutch and it looks like they have to come out together? Any know-how appreciated.

When I do it I split the tractor between the transmission and rear housing. I don't think it comes out the top.

As this mf135 is new to me and I'm kinda out in the middle of nowhere, I really appreciate any help on next steps with this one. Since I've had the tractor, the ipto hasn't worked. I just picked up the service manual and I'm trying to work my way through getting things working again.

I have the ipto clutch, Ferguson pump and the hydraulic pump (9gpm) on the bench. Here's what I've found so far:

Ipto clutch -
Brake disc - broken in 4 pieces
Plate (in brake assy) - unevenly worn
Brake piston - 1 edge is mushroomed over and looks to be bent
Clutch housing - heavily scored, where brake disc sits
Wave spring - missing

Hydraulic pump -
Filter - heavily plugged with fouled oil and metal filings
Primary oil circuit line - blown o-ring

Ferguson pump -
Filter assembly - hole torn in Filter
Control valve lever mounting plate (?) - bent towards front of tractor

Should I be looking to replace the entire ipto clutch or just rebuild? Replace scored clutch housing?

Is there a way to bench test any of these components before reinstalling?
