Massy 175 Levers

On my Massy 175. There is a little slide level on the side of the trans. above my right heel, above the power divider lock petal what does it change?

A lever near the transmission dipstick would be the raise response lever. The concept is this lever affects how far the position control lever moves before the lift arms actually react. It's only marginally effective at best, and in many cases you won't really notice it has much effect at all.

The lever on the right side just above the dipstick is what is called and should be labeled "Response" It has two functions one is control the draft response or plainly how fast or slow the draft responds to changes Too fast ansd a plow will bob up and down and not maintain an even depth to slow and the plow will either bury itself or rise completely out of the soil. If asjusted properly it will control the speed the implement drops.

An operators manual will do a better job of explaining the operation of the lever.
