Is there anybody that's worked on the hydraulic drive on this boom lift? Travel seems slow and labored, if switched to hi, it will more often than not, stall?

Have you checked the fluid level and contaminates? Next I would test the motor.

Fluids are fine and clean. Each wheel has a motor all run freely if jacked off of the ground.

Did you ever get anywhere with this problem, I have one too ( 2wd ) and it sounds similar, will run more or less fine on hard ground, but if tires sink more than an inch or so it acts like the wheels are stuck, will never spin a tire either.

Sounds like you're in high speed. That is the way they are normally when they're in high. They have a week drive. Mike 715 257 7361

makes no difference, does the same, seems like a fluid bypass somewhere, hoped you had come up with something with yours already.

There is a valve between the 2 drive wheels. It's under the sheet metal cover. Run it open all the way or closed all the way. I can't remember
