What is the slowest speed in a Kubota M9000. I am still looking for the right tractor and the M9000 looks attractive but one thing it must do is travel very slowly as I want to use a chain trencher on it. The trencher manufacturer recommendations are:

"You would need at least 17gpm to operate the trenchers - If you are interested in a larger trencher - i.e. a 4'6" machine digging 14" wide you would want a high flow for best results.

you could definitely put the trencher on a tractor with quick attach plates

about 5 ft per minute is an optimal speed for trenching.

Carbide tipped rock teeth are available if you need them."

I have decided drawbar hp is not that important to me. It will be used primarily as a tool carrier and hydraulic output for trenchers, tree shears, brush hogs, rock pickers, rotor tillers, and other attachments is more important than traction and pulling abilitity. I would also like a loader that will lift 3,000 pounds.

The M9000 specifications show exceptionally high hydraulic performance. Are there any other brands/models in that size/price range with comparable hydraulic performance.

To be able to go that slow the tractor would have to be equipped with a creeper. With the standard transmission 1.4 mph is as slow as it can go,with the creeper it will add 6 speeds between .22 and .71 mph.
