Lower Debris Gaurd

Dealer just left with my lower debris gaurd kit.I sent him back to dealership without installing this item because of what it consisted of,a 12" piece of angle iron and about a 5" piece of rubber attached to it.Even he couldn't believe this thing sells for $718.00,he said he could make it for less than $10.00.Wondering if anyone else out there has this installed on their Toolcat and what they paid.My cost was $589.00. When I was deciding what to order on my 09 model D I recall reading someones thread that this was one of the must have items.I'm going to go back and try to find out who that was see what they paid.

I looked at that option before I bought it. Pathetic price for what it does.

I believe it's included in the road package. I have it, didn't order it. What it does is collect and catch most every rock and piece of gravel that is thrown up by the tires.
